Current series since 2002. Diplomatic plates have one to three numerals, a hyphen and up to three more numerals in Arabic to the right; whilst on the coloured panel the equivalent is in western numerals, the first set above a line and the second below the line. The first number is the embassy code. (33 = Czech Republic)
