Current series since 1986. Diplomatic plates are red on reflective white with three numerals indicating the Embassy (118 = The Netherlands), two letters and a three digit serial from 001 upwards which is thought to be allocated to the Head of Mission. The remaining serial numbers appear to be issued in blocks in the 200, 400 and 800 series.
